Learning Customer Service at Big Jeff Audio

At the end of Week 3 of customer service, keeping busy makes the day go fast. A big plus is working as a team, and there are still a lot of questions. This is how you learn, by just learning the product and what everything means, it all goes together. Some days I feel I am not soaking a lot in, but most of the time I don’t figure it out until it goes full circle. My teammates are a great help. My desk is full of sticky notes, and I am sure they will continue, once I learn everything, they might just be tucked away for future reference. I didn’t expect it to be all roses learning this new position, as someone told me yesterday, seeing a bit improvement is a good thing. I know over time it will all come together, and each call, order will be a smooth transaction. I find this line of work gives my brain a workout, I want to do the best job possible, somedays it’s overwhelming for sure.  But I’m keeping a positive attitude and soaking it all in. Still like my job :o)
