Jeffrey “Big Jeff” Goldman has spent more than 30 years turning a lifelong obsession with sound into something much bigger than a business. From car audio and home audio to DJ equipment and everything that makes a system hit harder, Jeff has always been drawn to the power of great equipment, clean installs, and the feeling a truly dialed-in setup gives you.

In 2014, he took that passion online with what began as a small, family-run shop on eBay and Amazon. With relentless work, a no-BS approach, and a real commitment to helping customers find the gear that actually fits their goals, Big Jeff Audio grew into the trusted name it is today. What started with a few listings became a thriving destination for bassheads, daily drivers, competitors, and audio lovers across the country.

Jeff has never been content to simply sell the gear—he lives the lifestyle behind it. He now owns two of his dream BMWs and has built his Yukon into the full custom system he had always envisioned: a statement build created from years of experience, ambition, and a love for doing things big. And it doesn’t stop there.

As Big Jeff Audio continues to grow, Jeff is developing his own branded car-audio products in categories where he sees a real need that has not been fully met. His goal is simple: keep pushing the industry forward, bring better options to the people who support the culture, and help more people build systems they are proud to turn all the way up.

Eliana is Big Jeff’s Office Manager, keeper of the answers, and the gatekeeper to the man, the myth, the legend himself. She keeps every department moving, gives the crew a hard time when they deserve it, and somehow keeps everyone in line—even though she’s allegedly scared of Taylor and Pinky. Behind all that personality is the heart of the place: a full-time animal softie, proud Ben Jamin fan, and Jeff’s steady support through work, recovery, and everything in between. The office simply does not run without her.

Frank is one of the calm voices behind Big Jeff’s customer service team—and he’s been taking audio equipment apart to see how it works since he was a kid. He brings that curiosity to every product and every weird customer question, especially the ones that need a little extra figuring out. When he’s not learning something new, he’s DJing, cooking, sewing, gardening, or tackling a home project—basically always making, fixing, or growing something.

Taylor has kept Big Jeff’s online side running for nearly four years—and he’s the guy we call when literally anything needs fixing, including the regularly possessed 3D printers. As Online Manager, he jumps in wherever he’s needed and helps keep every department moving. Outside work, he buys, sells, and invests in Magic and Pokémon trading cards, games with friends, and keeps a surprisingly creative side mostly under wraps. Don’t let the 130-pounds-soaking-wet build fool you: he’ll still jump into a mosh pit.

Ben turns ideas into content people actually want to watch. As Big Jeff’s Content Creator, Video Editor, and E-Commerce Specialist, he helped grow our YouTube channel from 2.5K to over 1.6M subscribers. Off the clock, he’s a tarot-reading dad with dark humor and a calm “we’re all going to die anyway” outlook—but his family will always come first.

Tommy is the newest member of Big Jeff’s Creative Team, bringing a quiet, easygoing presence and a serious eye for data to the marketplace side of things. As our E-Commerce Product Data & Marketplace Specialist, he stays locked in on analytics, reporting, and the details that help everyone else move smarter. He’s polite, focused, and usually deep in the numbers—though if you can pull him out of focus, you might catch a giggle. Off the clock, he’s golfing or hanging out with his girlfriend, dog, and horse.

Allen is one of the newest members of the Big Jeff Warehouse team, but he’s already made an impression with a great attitude, solid work ethic, and the kind of positive energy you notice right away. Whether he’s passing through in the morning or on a break, he always has a friendly greeting and good vibes to share.

At the center of everything for Allen is his family. As a dad, they’re what keep him motivated to work hard, keep growing, and be better than he was yesterday. Quiet when he’s focused but always easy to be around, he brings steady, good energy to the team. Off the clock, he’s into cars, movies—especially The Matrix—and a good Pontiac G8.

Karl is the warehouse’s resident Florida Santa—complete with farm animals, a possible alligator, a Primus playlist, and a deep appreciation for heavy-metal yodeling. As one of the team’s most seasoned members, he keeps the warehouse running while also caring for his elderly father and his menagerie at home. If you hear “Have you ever…?” or “Did you know…?” coming from the warehouse, Karl is about to put you onto something—or tell you your shoes are untied.
