A few weeks have passed since I began working at Big Jeff Audio and it has opened my eyes to a new level of customer service.
Each day I learn new processes and procedures, when it comes together the customer service representative is a great responsibility. I have a great team that helps everyone. This side of the phone is a great experience and I hope I do well. Over time I am sure I will feel more confident as I navigate through all the programs. I have also made my share of mistakes, and as each one is brought to my attention, little by little I am learning to better help our customers. I can’t believe that I never heard of massive audio. This subwoofer is the best sub I have ever heard.
Running 3 of these with a 320 amp alternator for a 7000 watt RMS system consisting of 5 amps. After 2 years of driving them pretty hard I am just now having to replace one of the batteries. Not too bad in my opinion considering everything else that they are also running. 12K winch, multiple lights, and onboard air compressor.
Used this sub for my PC audio setup. I built a custom mini 4th order for it and it sounds great!
Used this amp for the sub stage in my Can Am SXS, I needed the compact size to fit in a specific location and it works great and sounds great. I really like that an amp this small in size still comes with a bass knob and set screw style terminals.
Jacket is a little stiff on this wire, it’s not the softer silicone jacket like on a lot of car audio speaker wire. Nonetheless it’s a good quality wire and solders well
