Expanding Our Customer Service Skills

A few weeks have passed since I began working at Big Jeff Audio and it has opened my eyes to a new level of customer service.

Each day I learn new processes and procedures, when it comes together the customer service representative is a great responsibility. I have a great team that helps everyone. This side of the phone is a great experience and I hope I do well. Over time I am sure I will feel more confident as I navigate through all the programs.  I have also made my share of mistakes, and as each one is brought to my attention, little by little I am learning to better help our customers.
