Customer Service's Busy Week at Big Jeff Audio

This was a busy week for our customer service group. Learning all the new programs and to keep them straight is challenging. The fast pace makes the day go by so fast. Today, I was learning the Amazon A to Z claims. To see the other side of the selling platform is very interesting, lots of great reviews, and customers stating that Big Jeff Audio has a great customer service team, is a good thing to hear. Still being new to this industry is a bit rough and learning the watts and ohms and amps, and the different brands, sizes, performance for the speakers is CRAZY.  I am hoping to learn more as I know I am a slow learner, but it has become quite interesting. This weekend I am going to do nothing, watch movies, and not think. As always, I do appreciate the opportunity to work with everyone and learn as I go. Like they say, “fake it until you make it,” I do a lot of research to figure it out.  I hope everyone has a great weekend and we will see you on Monday.
