How to Get Started

  1. Fill out our Repair Request Form on the website.
  2. Pay the $75 diagnosis/testing fee.
  3. Ship your product to our facility following the packaging guidelines.

Once your product arrives, we will diagnose the issue and provide a detailed repair estimate. You can then choose to approve or decline the repair based on the estimate provided.

Do-It-Yourself Repairs

If you prefer to repair your own speakers or subwoofers, we offer a variety of high-quality replacement parts, including recone kits and diaphragms, to help you get the job done. Additionally, we sell a selection of CA glues and adhesives, perfect for subwoofer and speaker repairs. Explore our products to find everything you need for DIY audio repairs.
