Working as a customer service representative has been an extremely interesting experience for me. Customer service situations stem from many different types of customers and our reactions with them. Whether it be a request to assist in tracking a customers order, the customer having issues with finding the correct item to fit their vehicle, or customers just wanting to contact us to share some positive feedback, the CSR team always puts a smile on as they get ready to assist.
Although we as representatives play a major role in the outcome of an issue, I have noticed that the customers are the backbone of the entire direction that the situation can go.
There have been a handful of angry customers who are just impossible to satisfy no matter what you do, there are some who start off angry and end up apologizing for their behavior, and there are some who start off happy and stay that way no matter how many times you have had contact with them.
