During my very short time being a customer service rep at Big Jeff Audio, I have already had the pleasure of dealing with many different customer service situations. One of them being, a gentleman we will call, Rodney. Knowing that I was new here, this customer was genuinely so patient and kind while I tried to help him find the right speakers to go with his Goliath amplifier. As we shared a few giggles at my own expense for a couple of my bumps in the road, Rodney stayed consistent on assuring me that I was doing a great job in providing him with the best customer service that I could provide at that time.
Customers like Rodney are the reason why I keep my head held high on those stressful days. Knowing that someone out there understands that we are all human and make mistakes is a blessing in disguise. As I am growing better at providing optimal customer service, there are still some questions that can remain a bit difficult, but thanks to customers like Rodney, I am able to rest easy knowing that I can look for answers without getting too frazzled. First off I want to say thank you to Big Jeff and his whole team. I love the podcasts every week. Anyways, these amps are fantastic. I have 2 of them and they are absolute beasts. I can run them for an hour straight on 2 sundown zv6 18s and they barely get warm to the touch. The sound quality is better than any amp I've owned. I'm not even getting their full power either because I am running headway lithium which doesn't hold 14.4v. They literally almost get as loud as my 2 Brazilian 8k amps. If you got the electrical to run these, you will love them. Hands down the best amps I've ever owned. And they came very well packaged as always from Big Jeff Audio. I ordered during a holiday season and my shipping time was still very fast here in Asheville Nc. Anyways, my point is, these amps are amazing and I think they are discontinued so get them while Big Jeff still has some left. Thanks Big Jeff and his Team. Very happy with all of my purchases from you guys.
