During my very short time being a customer service rep at Big Jeff Audio, I have already had the pleasure of dealing with many different customer service situations. One of them being, a gentleman we will call, Rodney. Knowing that I was new here, this customer was genuinely so patient and kind while I tried to help him find the right speakers to go with his Goliath amplifier. As we shared a few giggles at my own expense for a couple of my bumps in the road, Rodney stayed consistent on assuring me that I was doing a great job in providing him with the best customer service that I could provide at that time.
Customers like Rodney are the reason why I keep my head held high on those stressful days. Knowing that someone out there understands that we are all human and make mistakes is a blessing in disguise. As I am growing better at providing optimal customer service, there are still some questions that can remain a bit difficult, but thanks to customers like Rodney, I am able to rest easy knowing that I can look for answers without getting too frazzled.
