Here at Big Jeff, we have a lot of customer interactions being a customer service rep. We’re going to talk about one here in this blog. We’ll say the customer’s name is Sam. I noticed Sam had an abandoned cart so I reached out to him to offer any assistance I could to help him finalize his order. He was placing an order for a system in his daughter’s car. We had a really nice conversation about his daughter and what he was looking for. And I quote, “She wants the rearview mirror to shake” He was asking about Black Diamond and DS18. So I set out to find him an affordable system for his daughter’s vehicle that would give her that loud and shaking bass she is looking for. I made him a very nice set up that had two DS-GEN-XX10.4DHE hooked up to DS-ZR2000.1D. We also added DS-2CLC to help get the sound his daughter was trying to achieve.

It’s interactions like this that make my job fulfilling. Having a customer put faith in you to get them the sound they are looking for and at a great price is what my job is all about.
