At Big Jeff Online, we strive to provide the best service we can. We have only a few return "rules," which are intended to provide fairness for all involved.

1. We will fix just about any issue you have within 14 days of purchase, provided it is a valid defect, not user damage or something out of our control.

2. We can only cover return shipping costs if something is DOA (dead on arrival) and we are contacted about it the day you receive it. We will also cover shipping a replacement to you once returned. We do not pay for your shipping, you must contact us to arrange the return, we will send a prepaid return package if needed.

3. We replace potentially defective items for the same item (no swaps).

4. No International orders are excepted

5. If you are in doubt of something being covered, just ask. We are happy to help.Everything else is up for discussion. If you have an issue with something you purchased here, please submit a ticket on our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as we can. If you do not get a reply, check your spam filters, as we respond to every submission and email.The only exceptions to the above are plastic clearomizer "cracking" (due to acidic liquids) and coil replacement heads.
