Big Jeff Online Inc. Online Store Returns Policy  

Not satisfied? Big Jeff is happy to help! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to submit a ticket on our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We respond to every submission, so be sure to check your spam filters for any missed emails from us if you are expecting a response. Please be sure to contact us before sending back any returns! This is important for documentation of your purchase. If we are not informed of your return being sent, it can result in a delay or total loss of your return.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Product must be complete, unopened, and in new condition. If the return shows any sign of use or installation, Big Jeff Audio will either refuse the return, or charge a 20% if the item is able to be resold Open Box.

Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee:

  • ANY physical markings that may indicate installation or use. I.e.: scratches, screw holes, etc.
  • Tags, stickers, and other manufacturer labels removed or tampered.
  • Returned item has a different serial number than the item Big Jeff Audio originally shipped.
  • Physical damage due to mishandling: Water Damage, dropped speakers, pest infestation, etc.
  • Returns shipped with improper packaging with may result with in-transit damage.
  • Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures and speaker boxes.
  • Blown, punctured, or fried speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers.

Warranty/Replacements/Exchanges

Most products are covered under a one-year manufacturer warranty.

Items not covered include:

  • Pro Audio that can be fixed with a replacement part (such as drivers with replacement diaphragms).
  • Brazilian Amplifiers: Timpano, Taramps, Stetsom, PRV

Replacement:

Replacement of purchased items will only occur if you received an item different that what you originally ordered because of a shipping error. Big Jeff Audio will cover the cost of return shipping of the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item is received, Big Jeff Audio will also cover the cost of expedited shipping to you.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed if the item you received is DOA and within the 14-day return window. To receive the exchange:

  • Item to be exchanged must be in stock. (If not in stock, you will receive a store credit in the form of a personalized one-time use discount code for a future order).

Return Shipping Costs

Big Jeff Audio will cover the cost of return shipping in the following circumstances:

  • Item arrived is Defective on Arrival (DOA).
  • You received an incorrect item because of shipping error.
  • You submit an RMA request asking us to cover shipping. (Please note, if item is returned used or damaged, Big Jeff Audio may refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking fee and deduct the cost for return shipping in store credit issued.)

In all other scenarios, the customer is responsible for shipping cost and providing us with tracking information in the RMA. Failure to inform us of Tracking information may result in a delay of your return and/or total loss of return.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued via an e-mail containing a personalized one-time use discount code in the amount of the refund to use for a future bigjeffaudio.com purchase.

Missing a Delivery?

If you have not received your package and the tracking information shows it was delivered, please do the following within 36 hours of expected, stated delivery:

  • Verify the shipping address on the order is the address where you are looking for the package.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for the package or see if a neighbor has accepted the delivery.
  • Be sure to double check your mailbox and other usual spots for package delivery.

If you think that your package has been stolen, we require a police report since it is now theft. Once we have a police report on file for the stolen package, we will reship your order.

A buddy of mine had 1 that he bought and never took out the box..I bought it from him and hooked it up. After I heard how loud they were, I rushed to buy another one the same day. They are being pushed by a Skar rp 150.4 along with mids and highs. Sound like a concert in my car..
