Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant is responsible for bookkeeping tasks involving accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger items. The administrative assistant duties involve basic clerical support. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, functions well in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.
Company Insurance offered after 60 days. Company pays 100% of life insurance, dental vision and 80% of health insurance.
Experience & Skills:
- Work side by side with the office manager
- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Must have extensive QuickBooks and Excel knowledge
- Provide clerical and administrative support as requested
- Be able to work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
- Proficiency in or ability to learn the various software programs utilized

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour-Quarterly Evaluations
