My Two-Month Update: Embracing the World of Car Audio at Big Jeff Audio

It's unbelievable to think that I have been working at Big Jeff Audio for over two months now. Usually, a job feels like just a job, but working here has been a full-blown experience! Every day, I am learning more and more about the car audio industry, and it's like stepping into an entirely different world. From the mathematics and science that underlie the compatibility of car audio systems to interacting with incredible individuals who are deeply passionate about car audio, I can confidently say that I have found a work environment I truly enjoy.

Big Jeff Audio has created a space where I can evolve not only as an employee but as a person as well. In the customer service department, I get to engage with a wide variety of situations, making sure that no day is dull. My tasks involve determining which amplifier will work best for a customer's speakers, finding the best alternative for customers when an item is out of stock, confirming warranties, and much more. As I mentioned, customer service is never boring. I also have the opportunity to attend car audio shows and further immerse myself in the industry in that way. The experience is incredible. It's safe to say that even on the tougher days, I am genuinely enjoying my time here at Big Jeff Audio.
