This week’s blog is about workflow. There are a lot of programs to learn and to intertwine them for an easy flow. I am still in the beginning stage. I would have to say there are over 30 different programs to go back and forth with for all the information you need to help the customer. I feel being older I can navigate through the programs but sure would like to know what I am doing because at times, when I think I am getting it and stepping forward, I get the talk. I am not as quick as I used to be, I can see that this is fast paced but if you take it one step at a time, you can get through it. I do understand some things may seem petty to me, but it is in place to keep an easy flow for each of us. I am only 5 weeks into this new line of work, and I appreciate all the input I am given; not sure if it sinks in at first, but once it goes around full circle, I can understand the process. On a good note, everyone is helpful, as we must work together.
