Lead time is 2-3 weeks, no refunds once enclosures have been cut out! This is a custom made box specifically for a Sundown Audio ZV5 18" subwoofer. At Basshead Supply the goal with the "foundation series" enclosures is to offer subwoofer specific enclosures that are well built and well performing at the most affordable price — finished YOUR way. Using premium 1" triple refined MDF all around — a heavier, higher-grade board — we are able to achieve a dense, acoustically inert enclosure; the heavy, dead panel has no resonance of its own, so it stays out of the way of your sound. Using our refined assembly process produces an enclosure with NO visible screw holes anywhere on the enclosure. The entire enclosure is glued together with Titebond III and coupled with our 1" baffle and an additional 1" baffle brace (on the dual subwoofer models) the enclosure is strong enough to handle high power subwoofer setups. These ship BARE and unfinished — sanded and ready for you to finish your way, whether that's paint, bedliner, vinyl wrap, or carpet; we recommend sealing the raw MDF promptly and keeping it dry until finished. Complete with a recessed Satin Nickel Brass binding posts and prewired with OFC 10g wire, you are ready to go the moment it arrives. These are also built with love, by hand right here in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
