very robust speaker--great sound--one poor design item--the push in terminals for wire way too small--is set up for 16 gauge
Very good speakers for rear crew cab doors.2006 Chevy 2500 Dirtymax.
Amazing clarity in a 6.5". Used them in my 12 Street glide for the front two paired with a 2 channel amp and it is Loud. Not a ton of bass sound but clear quality volume. I need a better head unit for better bass. Speakers are heavy with a huge magnet.
I bought these to replace some other 6.5 speakers that weren't giving me the mid-bass I was needing OMG I got what I was looking for these things really rock and give me system that sound I've been work for. They still need time to break in and get better but wow holy WOW so far I'm running them at 80hz and feeding them 200watts each . These things pound if you're thinking about getting these stop thinking and just do it you won't be sorry. Only bad was the speaker terminals are very small I had to trim down my wire to fit.Update 1/22/20It's been awhile now and I have broken these in and let Me tell you people think my subs are playing when it's just my doors I have 2 in each front door with tweeters and 1 in each rear door with 3.5 fosgate speakers running 2 hifonics bxx1200.4 amps on them everything tuned and deadened used fast rings on the back of each speaker and second skin deadener all over doors my system is RIDICULOUSLY LOUD AND CLEAR. These speakers are just insane you have to have them.
