Important Installation Note

This application uses the vehicle’s factory ECU/PCM to control charging voltage. The alternator provides increased amperage, but charging voltage will continue to follow factory computer behavior. Mechman states that custom or fixed charging voltage requires ECU tuning. A slightly shorter serpentine belt is also required because of the 1.75" pulley.
