The Mechman Elite Series 320 Amp High Output Alternator is engineered to deliver unmatched amperage and durability in demanding truck and performance builds. With advanced 6-phase technology and twin rectifier assemblies using 80A diodes, it’s built to support high-current aftermarket systems like audio builds, lighting, winches, and more.
This alternator produces over 200A at idle and exceeds 320A at cruising RPM, all HOT RATED for real-world performance. It includes a smaller 1.75" pulley, which requires a drive belt that is " to " shorter than stock. Please ensure proper belt sizing for installation.
Not recommended for sustained use above 5,000 RPM engine speed.
