The dual 1-ohm RAGEXL V2 subwoofers are designed to be wired to a 1-ohm final load with the included RAGE 7800. At 1 ohm, the amplifier delivers 7,800 to 8,000 watts RMS with a sufficient electrical system—more than enough clean power for this high-output dual-15 build when properly installed and tuned.

RAGEXL V2 subwoofers bring carbon-fiber cones, massive 3-inch dual voice coils, high-excursion capability, and custom-tooled baskets to the build. The RAGE 7800 adds powerful Class-D performance, variable crossover controls, dual 0-gauge power terminals, a voltage/temperature display bass knob, and protection circuitry for serious daily, demo, and SPL-focused systems.

Recommended Wiring Configuration

Wire the voice coils of each RAGEXL15-D1-V2 in series to create a 2-ohm load per subwoofer. Then wire the two subwoofers in parallel for a 1-ohm final load at the amplifier.

Do not wire this bundle below 1 ohm. The RAGE 7800 is designed for a 1-ohm minimum load.
