This B2 Audio package combines two RAMPAGE8-D1-V3 8-inch subwoofers with the RAGE-2300.2 two-channel amplifier. Together, the subwoofers handle 2000 watts RMS and deliver powerful bass from a compact, high-excursion platform.

Each subwoofer features dual 1-ohm voice coils that should be wired in series to create a 2-ohm load. Connect one subwoofer to each amplifier channel. At 2 ohms, the RAGE-2300.2 produces 1150 watts RMS per channel, providing a strong power match for each subwoofer’s 1000W RMS rating.

The RAMPAGE8-D1-V3 combines a rigid carbon-fiber cone with a tall U-shaped foam surround, 17 mm of one-way Xmax, and a massive 330 oz ferrite motor. Its 2-inch copper voice coil and 8-gauge push terminals support reliable performance in demanding daily, demo, and SPL-capable systems.

The RAGE-2300.2 uses high-efficiency Class-D technology and includes adjustable low-pass and high-pass crossovers. Both channels should receive the same mono signal and be adjusted equally to provide balanced output from the two subwoofers.

Do not bridge the amplifier for this configuration. Each subwoofer should operate independently on one amplifier channel at 2 ohms.
