The DD Audio 9900C Series 12-inch subwoofer is built for high-power car audio. It's designed around DD Audio's largest ferrite motor and delivers strong, clean bass for both daily listeners and competitors. It handles 3200W RMS with bursts up to 9600W peak, so it's ready for demanding setups. The Dual Stage Heat Sink, USA-made Iron Cloth Spider System, and 2nd Gen V-ROM surround work together with handcrafted construction. The carbon fiber-loaded pulp cone stays light but strong, and the Free Flow Cooling System helps pull heat out of the motor for consistent performance. This sub is optimized for ported enclosures.
This is the SuperCharged version. DD adds a specially shaped neodymium ring inside the motor that redirects magnetic energy into the voice coil gap, raising usable motor strength by about 20 to 25%. That means a tighter grip on the cone and cleaner, more controlled bass across the whole power range. Power handling stays the same as the standard 9912C, so plan your amp around 3200 watts RMS.
