I built a custom sealed down firing box for this speaker. I am powering it with a 500 watt 2 Ohm alpine. PERFECT!!! I am not sure why some reviews are saying that this speaker misses the deep bass notes. My set up hits amazingly hard and low. I have only had it hooked up long enough to break it in, but so far it provides more than enough bass. Great product. I do not know how long it will last, but this speaker is built very tough.

SMALL SPACES, BIG SOUND !

Small foot print, big sound. I installed this behind the back seat in my 2001 Tacoma 4 door. I am amazed this fits back there. Just as surprising is I found a sub box online made specifically for this truck. I have friends say this sub hits harder than their 2, 12" mega watt trunk boxes. Something else to mention is since the sub is inside the cab and not in the trunk you hardly here the bass outside the truck. Plus you don't have to run it as hard as the big boxes either (longer life all around) Make sure you match this up with a quality amp. I am using a Pioneer class D amp.
