We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. 

 

Qualified applicants will have 2+ years prior experience in management of at least 10+ employees, cold calling, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and computer literate. 

 

$35,700.00-42,000.00 Starting Salary plus large bonuses on all sales reps under you. The more your sales reps make the more you will make. Can Make up to 100K within a year and up to 200K after that. 

 

Sales Manager Hours: M-F 7:30 AM-5:00 PM 

 

Only 1 Saturday- half day a month for meetings 

 

Company Insurance offered after 60 days. Company pays 100% of life insurance, dental vision and 80% of health insurance.

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Skills 

 

  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $35,700.00-42,000.00 salary 

 

Bonuses:  

Sales are recorded from Walk in and or Wholesale (No E-commerce) 

Once Wholesale and retail accumulate 400K gross in a month you will get 1% Gross Sales Monthly 

Once Wholesale and retail accumulate 600K gross in a month you will get 1.5% Gross Sales Monthly 

Once Wholesale and retail accumulate 1 mill gross in a month you will get 2% Gross Sales Monthly 

Commission is paid next payroll after month has been closed out.
