Option 1
$15.00 Hourly Training Pay
$18.00 Hourly once you hit 30K in sales per month
$20.00 Hourly once you hit 50K in sale per month
Option 2 You Still Keep The 15.00 A Hour ( There is no draw)
50K – 1.5% commission on total sales (Pay per month$750.00 or more)
75K – 2.0% commission on total sales (Pay per month$1,500.00 or more)
100K – 2.5% commission on total sales (Pay per month$2,500.00 or more)
150K – 3.0% commission on total sales (Pay per month$4,500.00 or more)
300K – 3.5% commission on total sales (Pay per month $10,500.00 or more)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Wholesale Sales Representative to provide advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale in car audio and 12 volt electronics. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers. An excellent sales advisor must be energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm. The goal is to facilitate sales in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth.
Company Insurance offered after 60 days. Company pays 100% of life insurance, dental and vision.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Making daily cold calls to build up accounts and also to keep existing accounts.
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with QuickBooks or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $2,400.00 - $20,000.00 per month
