Inventory Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to manage daily shipping and distribution operations. You will be the one to ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. We need to process shipping labels and keep track of items missing and items that have left the building. The goal is to ensure that the shipping processes are running smoothly and effectively. We have to process online shipping claims and also provide shipping quotes for sales reps.
Company Insurance offered after 60 days. Company pays 100% of life insurance, dental vision and 80% of health insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Printing Shipping Labels using Ship Station
- Filing Shipping claims for damaged & lost orders
- Will be working with UPS, USPS, FedEx, & Freight Companies
- Invoicing
- Prepare Hazmat Documents
- Send out PO's for drop ship items
- QuickBooks Experience -
- Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Shipstation Experience
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Multitask between online and dealer orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour-Quarterly Evaluations

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- 40 hrs weekly
- 30 min Lunch
- (2) 10 min paid breaks

- ShipStation: 1 year (Preferred)
- 3PL: 1 year (Preferred)
- Shipping Easy: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel 1 year (Required)
- Typing Skills 2 years (Required)

- Basic Computer Operations 2 years (Required)
