This week here at Big Jeff Audio has been one of the most memorable job experiences yet. In comparison to most of the jobs I’ve had in the past, Big Jeff Audio has had impeccable trainers. With their thorough and in depth explanations of the software and communication platforms being used, I have found that the process of being trained is far more simple than I had initially expected. I truly have enjoyed working with and being trained by my co-workers Isaac and Alyaa, as they have simplified a vast amount of information for me.
Some examples of things I have learned since being here include; handling out of stock items, offering customers advice on builds, offering alternative items for said out of stock items, handling negative feedback, keeping customers happy, and even taking a good handful of calls and answering some pretty tough questions. I’ve even considered going out of my way to learn more about car audio since being here so that I can be better prepared to help customers.
I must say, training with the Big Jeff team has been a great honor, an incredible experience and I look forward to learning more and growing with Big Jeff as a company.

First off I want to say thank you to Big Jeff and his whole team. I love the podcasts every week. Anyways, these amps are fantastic. I have 2 of them and they are absolute beasts. I can run them for an hour straight on 2 sundown zv6 18s and they barely get warm to the touch. The sound quality is better than any amp I've owned. I'm not even getting their full power either because I am running headway lithium which doesn't hold 14.4v. They literally almost get as loud as my 2 Brazilian 8k amps. If you got the electrical to run these, you will love them. Hands down the best amps I've ever owned. And they came very well packaged as always from Big Jeff Audio. I ordered during a holiday season and my shipping time was still very fast here in Asheville Nc. Anyways, my point is, these amps are amazing and I think they are discontinued so get them while Big Jeff still has some left. Thanks Big Jeff and his Team. Very happy with all of my purchases from you guys.
