I'm David, and this is my first week at Big Jeff Audio. Let me begin by saying, "Wow!" This new company brims with passion for growth and success, and it couldn't get any better than this. It's been a decade since I last assisted customers, but as they say, once you learn to ride a bike, you never forget. With a decade of customer service and sales experience, though a bit rusty after the break, I am here to contribute.
The CSR team here is incredible—everyone is eager to assist, and my trainer has been exceptional. During my interview, Jeff mentioned that he's seeking individuals who consider their job as a family, and indeed, that's how it feels here. As I continue learning, I'll enhance my skills and keep pace with the company's growth.
