I started at Big Jeff’s on 7/31/2023. I met with Eliana, and she gave me my clock badge, showed me how to clock in, where to put my cell phone, and walked me over to customer service, where I was introduced to Alyaa, Kelly, and Dian.
I was placed with Dian for training. Dian has been amazing. She is so organized and proficient at her job. She goes above and beyond for the customers, patiently guiding me through the programs and demonstrating how to use them. Initially, I observed her for the first couple of days, and on the third day, I started using the programs, taking, and making phone calls, along with emailing and texting customers.
I have to say, it's a lot to learn and a little intimidating, but I feel confident that with a little patience, I will do great over time. To be honest, I know nothing about audio equipment, and I am eager to learn all there is to know about it. Jeff’s story is so impressive and inspirational. It's incredible to see just how far he has come in five short years. I am looking forward to my future here at Big Jeff’s!
