Big Jeff Audio wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you are not happy with product(s) and want to return it, we make returns simple.
14-Day Returns
You may return a complete, new, un-opened product for any reason within 14 days for a full refund provided you pay for return shipping.
If you return an item outside the 14 day window we will only offer store credit, you will also be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%
No returns will be excepted after 30 days for any reason
365-Day Warranty Coverage
Most products are covered by a 365-day (one-year) warranty for repair against defects provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the product description for details related to whether the coverage is provided by the manufacturer We can only cover return shipping costs if something is DOA (dead on arrival) and we are contacted about it the day you receive it. We will also cover shipping a replacement to you once returned. We do not pay for your shipping, you must contact us to arrange the return, we will send a prepaid return package if needed. If you are in doubt of something being covered, just ask. We are happy to help. Everything else is up for discussion. If you have an issue with something you purchased from us directly, please submit a ticket on our contact form. We will get back to you as soon as we can. If you do not get a reply, check your spam filters, as we respond to every submission and email.
Important Details and Exclusions
exchange option You may choose an exchange for product (s) returned within 30 days or original purchase they must brand new or with warranty issues, keep in mind this is only available in cases where you purchase your own return label all other returns will receive store credit and be subject to a 20% restocking fee
Refund method Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, PayPal, gift, store credit account, or other form of payment used on your original transaction. Only money orders are non-refundable and instead issued as store credit upon return.
Non-refundable exclusions include select products such as those noted as non-refundable in the product description, pre-cut wire and open box item(s).
Products must be new and show no signs of use or installation or Big Jeff Audio will refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking fee. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee include:
- Any sign of use - including installation, scratches, or other signs of use such as physical marking, screw holes, or similar.
- Tags, stickers and other manufacturer labels removed or tampered.
- Missing parts or the original product packaging is damaged or tampered.
- A different serial number than the one Big Jeff Audio shipped.
- Physical damage from drops, liquid, mishandling or similar.
- Product(s) returned that were damaged due to improper packaging.
- Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures and speaker boxes.
- Blown, punctured or fried speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers.
Damaged product and/or shipping box from shipment You have 10 calendar days from your delivery date to notify Big Jeff Audio of any damage that occurred during shipment.
When will I get my refund or replacement? After we receive your product, we normally process your exchange or refund within three business days. Some product requires additional testing or evaluation.
Defective Products
Defective product is covered through an exchange of the same product within our return period. If the product is discontinued, you will be eligible for a non-refundable store credit towards another product. After 60 days, defective product is covered under warranty coverage as stated above. Any product missing manufacturer packaging, accessories or parts (including those promotional in nature) will be exchanged only for the same product with the aforementioned packaging, accessories and parts not being included upon the exchange (we exchange exactly what you send us). In the event a product is returned missing accessories and/or packaging, and the product is not in stock for exchange, we will send the product for warranty repair, regardless of the purchase date.
Return Shipping Costs
International customers and those outside the 48 Continental USA are responsible for all shipping costs and your original shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
Missing a Package or Never Received Your Order?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please do the following within 36 hours of expected, stated delivery:
- Verify the shipping address on the order is where you have been looking for the package.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else such as a neighbor or co-worker has accepted the delivery.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail or packages.
- Finally, if you think it was stolen, we need you to get police report, since this is now theft. once we have that we can make claim and refund or reship your order.
You MUST contact us on the contact form before sending something back. We will not take care of your issue if you just send a package back to us, and it might end up lost. Please, do not send anything to us without contacting us first here.
