The V5520 features a 5.25" VDT woofer, a 5.25" VDT bass radiator and a 1" woven synthetic soft dome tweeter for optimal sound. When placed horizontally above or below the television, the V5520 gives a center anchor with great intelligibility both in front and to the sides of the screen. If placed vertically, the V5520 serves as a left-right main speaker, giving it added versatility and allowing use of the same speaker for three front channels in a home entertainment system.
