Big Jeff Online Inc Has Free shipping  for customers with a valid residential or commercial address within the Contiguous 48 United States (PO Boxes address may require additional charges).

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Canada, and other countries may require additional shipping fees. Please contact a member of our team for detailed shipping charges.

Shipping is available only to PayPal verified addresses. When making payment please confirm your address has been verified with PayPal. Once payment is made shipping address can not be changed/altered. Payments made using an unverified PayPal address will be refunded and order will be canceled.

We will not accept request to change shipping address once payment has been made. Please confirm your shipping address is up-to-date and valid.

Typical handling time for orders is 1-business day. We do our best to ship every package with-in 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. In some circumstances additional time may be need, in which case we will contact buyer.

Shipped orders that are returned by the shipping company due to an insufficient address or an undeliverable address will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

Orders refused at time of delivery and returned back to Big Jeff Online will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

PR, VI, HI, AK and other Us territories may need additional shipping due to size and weight of package.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of Delivery

Product must be Complete, Unopened, in New condition. If the return shows any sign of use/installation, Big Jeff Audio will refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking fee.
Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee include:

• ANY physical markings that may indicate Installation or Use: Scratches, Screw Holes, ETC.
• Tags, stickers, and other manufacturer labels removed or tampered
• Item is missing parts, or the original product packaging is damaged/tampered
• Returned item has a different serial number than the item Big Jeff Audio shipped
• Physical damage due to mishandling: Water Damage, Dropped Speakers, ETC.
• Returns shipped with improper packaging which may result in a damage in-transit
• Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures and speaker boxes
• Blown, punctured or fried speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers

WARRANTY/REPLACEMENT

Most products are covered under a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Items that are not covered under warranty include:

• Pro Audio that can be fixed with a replacement part (such as drivers with replacement diaphragms)
• Brazilian Amplifiers: Timpano, Taramps, Stetsom, PRV

EXCHANGE

To receive a replacement or exchange for your returned item:

• Item to be exchanged must be in stock (If item is not in stock we must offer store credit)
• All price differences must be honored if exchanging for a different item

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Big Jeff Audio will cover the return shipping label only if the item if the item was Defective on Arrival (DOA). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Upon request we may provide shipping label to the customer as a convenience.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

 Missing a Package?

If you have not received your package, but the tracking information shows that it was delivered,
please do the following within 36 hours of expected, stated delivery:

• Verify the shipping address on the order is the address where you are looking for the package
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery
• Look around the delivery location for the package, or see if a neighbor has accepted the delivery
• Be sure to double check your mailbox and other usual spots for package delivery

If you think that your package has been stolen, we will require a police report since this is now theft.
Once we have a police report on file for the stolen package, we will reship your order.

Warranty Information

All products except for tweeter's and driver's that have replacement diaphragm's come with a 1-Year Manufactures Warranty

All defective products will be covered under warranty except the following:

Physical Damage Water Damage Abuse, Accident, Misuse or Faulty Installation (Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse unless accompanied by a receipt from professional installer)Burnt voice coils        

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees except for defective items

All DOA must be reported to Big Jeff Audio through email or phone within 48-hours after receiving the product.
